Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website 26io.com and the products and services offered by 26io Techlab ("26io Techlab", "we", "us", or "our"), including the Evi Ai assistant (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Services

Evi is an Ai assistant. We currently offer Evi free of charge, subject to fair-use and usage limits that we may set and change at our discretion. Other products (such as Kus and the Evi API) may be offered separately, including on paid terms, under their own additional terms where applicable.

Revmosys is a website-intelligence product: it audits a business's website, tracks its visitors with a first-party script, and reports what changed — through a dashboard, a periodic message, and an on-demand "Check now" re-check. Revmosys is a scheduled, batch-processed service, not a real-time monitoring tool: audits and re-checks run on a fixed schedule (currently twice daily), not instantly on request, and we make no uptime guarantee or service-level commitment for Revmosys or any other Service.

3. Revmosys subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Revmosys is offered on a monthly subscription, billed in advance through our payment processor, Cashfree, at the price shown at signup (currently ₹599/month). New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial; you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Revmosys dashboard's Billing tab. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future billing. We do not provide refunds for amounts already charged, including partial billing periods — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. We may suspend or terminate a Revmosys account for non-payment or a breach of these Terms.

4. Ai outputs — important disclaimer

Evi and our other Ai products generate responses automatically and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Outputs are provided for general informational purposes only and are not professional advice — including legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it. Do not use the Services for decisions that require professional expertise without consulting a qualified professional.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
• Generate or distribute harmful, hateful, harassing, or illegal content;
• Upload data you do not have the right to share, or others' confidential or personal data without authorisation;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Services or their infrastructure;
• Resell or abuse the Services in a way that exceeds fair use; or
• Use automated means to extract data except through interfaces we explicitly provide.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services (your messages and uploads). You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Services to you (for example, to generate responses and power Evi's memory and document features). You are responsible for the content you submit.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including our branding, logos, design, and software, are owned by 26io Techlab and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or brand without our prior written permission.

9. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers — including Ai model providers (such as NVIDIA and Google), our payment processor Cashfree, and providers for authentication, search, and hosting. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Revmosys's scores, forecasts, and Ai-generated explanations are estimates based on limited data and are not guarantees of business outcomes. We do not warrant continuous website monitoring or that any issue will be detected between scheduled checks.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 26io Techlab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue a product. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services.
