Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Revmosys subscriptions, billed by 26io Techlab through our payment processor, Cashfree. Evi and Kus are currently free of charge and are not covered by this policy.

1. Free trial

Every new Revmosys subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged anything when you sign up. If you cancel at any point during the trial, from your dashboard's Billing tab, you will never be charged.

2. Billing

If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your subscription begins and you are billed the price shown at signup (currently ₹599/month) in advance, once a month, until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no notice period, from your Revmosys dashboard's Billing tab. Cancellation is processed immediately through Cashfree and stops all future billing right away. No further charges will be made after you cancel.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds or credits for amounts already charged, including for partial or unused billing periods. Because billing is monthly and cancellation is immediate and self-service, we do not prorate a refund for the remainder of a month you have already been charged for.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled), contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

5. Non-payment

If a renewal payment fails or is not completed, we may suspend or terminate your Revmosys subscription and access to your dashboard.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply to billing periods starting after the update; they do not change how an already-completed charge was handled.
